Coconut Event gave a musical treat to the people of Ahmedabad on the eve of Republic Day 2017 with Sukhwinder Singh live in concert.
We promoted the concert with over 1 lakh leaflets, 5000 posters, 2000 auto-rickshaws and 31 hoardings as a part of our month-long ATL and BTL activities. We also organized a bike rally with Royal Enfield and conducted multiple college activities along with distributing flag-broaches to create a buzz around the event. With so much in a month, this show was sure to become a hit with over 6000 enthralled attendees.
He entered the concert holding the Indian tricolor in an open jeep complemented with fancy pyro-techniques. Being an award-winning Indian playback singer, he raised the patriotic spirits of the audience as he began the event energetically singing our National Anthem. The spectators enjoyed the Live performance of his famous Bollywood songs like Jai Ho, Chaiyya Chaiyya and Udi Udi Jaye, his chartbuster from the film Raees. Sukhwinder singing a Gujarati song was an added brownie for his fans.
Boosting the patriotic feel of the event, tricolored wigs and wrist-bands were distributed as props to the audience in the Fan club and VIP zones.
Plush sofas and round-tables were arranged for our VIP guests, while the sponsors enjoyed satisfactory branding all-around the venue. The crowd took pleasure tapping their feet to his vibrant songs and lively music.
This melodic live performance organized by Coconut Event was a complete success from its accurate promotional activities to perfect execution.
